Dhaba Style Aloo Qeema
Ingredients:
- Beef Qeema 1kg.
- Oil half cup.
- 2 medium sliced onions.
- 3 medium blended tomatoes .
- Ginger, garlic paste 2 tbsp.
- Salt as per taste.
- Red chill powder 1tsp.
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp.
- Dhania powder 1tsp.
- Zeera powder 1tsp.
- Haldi 1/2 tsp.
- Dar chini 1 stick.
- Kali mirchen 6 7 .
- Elaichi 3.
- Zeera 1tbsp.
- Long 4 5 .
- Chicken cubes 1.
- Yogurt half cup.
- 2 medium cubed potatoes.
Method:
- First of all, heat oil in a pot.
- Then add sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add dar chini, kali mirchen, long, elaichia and zeera. Cook for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, blended tomatoes and all the spices till the oil separates.
- Add beef qeema in the pot and cook till it changes color.
- Add yogurt and cook for 5 mins.
- Now add chicken cube and cook for a minute or two.
- Add potatoes.
- Cover it and cook until the qeema and potatoes are tenderize. (Add some water if its too dry.)
- Cook till oil separates.
- Serve with naan.
Add water if you want gravy in qeema.
