These are the 5 habits that helped me to change my lifestyle:
1. MAKING A TO-DO LIST:-
The first life changing habit that I would like to share with you all is to make a to do list for your daily goals/tasks. Just write all the tasks for the day on a piece of paper or in a notebook. This habit will help you not to forget any task or a goal that you want to achieve. I like to make my to do list a night before. But a lot of people make their list in the morning. I find it more useful to make mine a night before. Just do what works best for you.
2. POSITIVE THINKING:-
The second habit is to try to think positive only or just think about the stuff that makes you happy from inside. I know it's not easy to think and be positive all the time. But trust me once you'll get used to it you will feel so good and relaxed all the time. So whenever a negative thought comes in your mind start thinking about something positive.
3. READING:-
Third habit that changed me and my life is that I have started reading a lot of good books (especially self development books). I have learnt a lot of good things from reading books which really helps me in my everyday life. And its a fact that reading helps us to improve our vocabulary, pronunciation and communication skills.
4. PRACTICING SELF-CARE:-
The forth one is that I try ro practice selfcare almost everyday. Self-care is one of the most amazing way if you want to reward yourself when you have achieved a small goal of the day. 5. STOP PROCRASTINATING:-
The fifth and the most important habit that I would really like to share with you all is to stop procrastinating. Procrastination makes your life worse. Try to do all of the tasks of the day on time. Avoid things that distract you yo get things done.:
